Coronavirus

As a clinic we have the responsibility for the health and safety of everyone on the premises. As a result, things will be a little different at the Lodge House whilst we deal with the coronavirus pandemic. However, we assure you that the care will still be the same.

An important question – Have you or your household had any coronavirus symptoms in the 7 days before your appointment? Please let us know if you or your household have symptoms. None of the practitioners have insurance cover for treating people with Covid 19 and we would not be able to see you.

Everywhere is a bit bare…the linen has gone so no towels, or couch covers and wipeable pillows. The practitioner seeing you will be wearing a surgical grade mask.

Please only arrive at your appointment time. Wait in your car or outside on the gravel area if you are early to limit waiting in reception.

Please ensure you sanitise your hands on arrival, or wash them in the toilet facilities, and also before you leave the practice.

We have spaced out our appointments to allow time to fully air and clean the practice room. We are also staggering appointments so as to reduce contact between all of us and to ensure distancing is maintained.

Between appointments we will clean all areas of contact including treatment couches, pillows, tables, chairs and other common touch areas such as door handles, taps etc.

Please bring your own mask to wear. Alternatively, you can purchase one from us.

If you have any concerns at all then we would be more than happy to have a chat.
